C-Prints, 10 x 16 cm bis 60 x 70 cm<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Ich als Insel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein gr\u00fcnes Polster aus Kiefernnadeln auf nackten Knien, ein merkw\u00fcrdiger Verhau aus Holz und Plastikfolien, der an die Gestalt von H\u00e4usern erinnert, ein unfertiges Boot aus Streichh\u00f6lzern auf wei\u00dfem Untergrund, eine Person in R\u00fcckenansicht, die in einem verschneiten Birkenwald verharrt\u2026 Wenn wir von einer Insel ausgehen, denken wir an ein St\u00fcck Land umgeben von Wasser, das nur mit einem spezifischen Transportmittel erreicht werden kann, dem Boot. Die Insel ist ein metaphorisch aufgeladener Ort. In Homers <em>Odyssee<\/em> wird sie wegen ihrer isolierten, schwer zug\u00e4nglichen Lage h\u00e4ufig mit dem Zauberhaften verbunden.<br \/>\nGanz \u00e4hnlich ist die Insel, von der Claudia Lindner hier berichtet keine geographische, sondern eine innere, ein imagin\u00e4rer Ort, an dem das Ich auf sich allein gestellt ist und ein Du bestenfalls gedacht werden kann. Das Transportmittel, welches es uns erlaubt zu dieser Insel vorzudringen, sind die Bilder, die sie miteinander kombiniert.<br \/>\nNun ist bereits in der Geschichte von Robinson Crusoe die Insel keine reine Natur, sondern eine Konstruktion von Natur und sp\u00e4testens mit dem Auftauchen des Freitag wird diese Insel zur mikroidealen Gesellschaft inklusive Gottesglauben und Herrschaftsverh\u00e4ltnis, die zur \u00bbZivilisierung\u00ab Freitags f\u00fchren. Gelingt es uns als Betrachter auf ihre Insel mittels der Fotografien vorzudringen, um dort dem Prozess der Zivilisierung durch die K\u00fcnstlerin unterworfen zu werden? Wohl kaum. Lindners Eiland ist wesentlich verwunschener, geheimnisumwobener.
